This year, FICO has provided $4000 in prize money for each task, for a total of $8000.
You may compete in both tasks.

Important Notes:
- In the event of a tie, the prize money will be divided evenly among all winners.
- All winners must:
- provide proof that they are currently full-time students at an
accredited college or university.
- provide social security numbers (if applicable) and a mailing address
in order to receive cash awards.
- international students will also have to fill out W-8BEN and IRS 8233
forms and send them to UCSD.
- The contest committee reserves the right to change the prize structure.
- Paying taxes on prize money is the responsibility of the recipient.
